When you see ’n/a’ for the current temperature or the target temperature, that means the data is not available. The data from your Cozy is not making it back to our servers. The Cozy might not be plugged in; if it is, then try power cycling it (unplugged it, wait 30 seconds, and replug it back in), or alert your building management team so that they can help us troubleshoot the issue. |
