How do I login? – Kelvin

Great news, Kelvin provides three ways to login:

Passwordless - enter email and receive a unique code to access your account
Email + Password - Use the“Forgot Password?” option to set your password.
Social Logins (Google & Microsoft) - If the email you are registered with is an exact match to your Google or Microsoft login, then you can login using that account

Passwordless Instructions

Enter your email address into Cozy at https://cozy.kel.vin, then a one-time passcode input appears. The email address needs to be the same email address used for your original account invitation.
Go to your inbox to find the email with the verification code. Important! You will get a passcode to your inbox whether or not you have an account, so if you enter a passcode but it keeps taking you back to the email prompt, then that likely means you don’t have an active account and need to get one created for you.
Enter the code and click 'Continue'
That's it! If you didn't get an email with the verification code after 2 minutes of waiting, then click the 'Resend' link

Email + Password Instructions

Select "switch to Email + Password"
Enter your email The email address needs to be the same email address used for your original account invitation. Setup your password Select the "Forgot Password?" link
Go to your inbox to find a 'Reset your password' email. Click 'Confirm'
Enter your new password And once more to confirm Finally, click on 'Reset Password'
Finally, go back to the previous login page Enter your email The email address needs to be the same email address used for your original account invitation. Enter your new password Click 'Continue'

Social Logins (Google & Microsoft)

If the email you are registered with is an exact match to your Google or Microsoft login
Click on the respective icon, either Google or Microsoft
Another window will launch for you to login to those platforms
Login as you normally would with those accounts, and you are all set!
